It was driving me crazy now too, so I did a search and came up with the answer:
"Remember the Power - Teach" (The song in the background in this PSA is Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes' 1976 chart hit "Wake Up Everybody" that is in the "Wake up all the teachers come and teach a new way" part).
