I am not sure how closely you followed KO in his ESPN incarnation Kevin, but
I would be surprised if anyone that did really thinks that he has become
more harsh and scathing. Keith has always been thin skinned, arrogant,
melodramatic and overly self-serious. He has also always been brilliant,
hilarious, courageous, and fiercely independent. I guess the stakes are
higher in the news department than the sports department, so perhaps he has
turned up the volume on these traits, but I think he is basically the same
guy, and if anything he is more mature and stable than he used to be.

The most interesting thing to me about this thread is that the subject
header subliminally reads as "Kojak".
