Fremantle acquired Talkback Thames, as it had come to be known, shortly after it assumed that name in 2003. Both sites mention the properties you did among others, so I think it's a case of DLT (www.dltentertainment.com/us) licensing the rights much as Turner Ent. has for years with MGM and RKO.
