Oh, that's every station in Dallas, every single night of the week.
Why they feel the need to use a bazillion dollars worth of technology
to show us a reporter in a dark parking lot outside City Hall to tell
us about a routine announcement by the mayor from 8 or 9 hours before
is a mystery, At least when it's storm damage or a burned building
then there's something to see. But most of these stand-ups are live
from just outside some building that's been closed for hours and
there's nobody to interview and nothing to show us.

On the other hand, deploying reporters across Texas to let us know
that rain is wet, snow is cold, ice is slippery, and wind is windy is
almost *always* hilarious. This clip of Valeri Williams from WFAA is
legendary: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixo7U9sZW6I
