Wednesday, NBC ran two episodes of L&O:SVU. After episode B, over the credits, "Next week on SVU" clips were from episode B.
Thursday, just after the Patton Oswalt segment was finished on The Daily Show, the channel ran a promo: "Coming up next on Comedy Central, Patton Oswalt visits The Daily Show." Sigh.
