CBS, Fox and CW are in reruns at 8 p.m. I suspect they'll JIP (CBS has a new ep of "Mad Love" at 8:30). NBC might delay their special to the end of the speech and ABC will have to delay programming because "Dancing" at 8 is [Tom Bergeron] LLLLLLLIIIIIIIIIIVVVVVVVVEEEE!
