My mind immediately went to something sexual to pair with "massages."
YMMV, but the impression I've gotten of the trainers from what little
I've absorbed from the blogosphere and/or seen on TV is that they
would both be so blunt as to say that someone was being distracted by
bedroom activities.

My second thought is that we have reached the point where mentioning
an unapproved brand name on television is bleep-worthy. If you're
talking about not losing (enough) weight, "massages and Big Macs" or
something like it would make sense. (I'm yet to observe this actually
happening with the audio portion of a show as has been done for years
with blurring/covering brand names in the video, but if it was going
to start happening, I could see one of the NBCU/Kabletown nets being
the first to do it.)
