Since there's never going to be a Brisco County, Jr. movie, Cowboys and Aliens is likely as close as I'm going to get.

I have a friend who was pontificating about how this film epitomized the high concept, intellectually bankrupt state of American cinema. I asked him if he had seen it and he wrinkled his nose and said he would not pollute himself with it.
