I was trying to think if there was an actor who played maybe a family member of one of the victims of the week on the NBC Colombo who showed up in the same role on the ABC version, but drew a blank. I almost want to say that an actor who played a cop on the NBC version played the same role on ABC, but can't confirm that. My daughter is suggesting that an actor showed up in both The X-Files and Fringe in the same role, but I think that was the same actor in different roles. -- TV or Not TV ....
