ABC filed a response<http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/thr-esq/big-brother-lawsuit-cbs-abc-328920>(Hollywood, Esq) regarding what's now being called *People in a Glass House,* contending the residents will be able to see outside the house (duh), are organized into clear-cut teams, will not have a host (good, I don't need, say, Suzy Kolber doing that); and added "Even CBS must realize it cannot copyright the idea of 14 contestants living in a house rigged with cameras"...
