What do you mean? All of those things are the same thing as a delay. Self-censorship. It's perfectly fine for a news organization to decide that they don't want to be broadcasting live suicides, How they choose to not do it is irrelevant to me.
And there's nothing wrong with self-censorship, restraint, in these cases. All news programs are curated.
