My impression is that Kevin had recently read something recent and stupidly
insane that she had said, and was commenting that the only thing worth
saying about her was that she should be ignored, not repeated even for the
purpose of ridiculing. I suppose the most consistent thing to do in such a
case is to just not say anything, but on the internet nobody can see you
ignoring people unless you say something.
