Meanwhile, the New York Daily News notes that the state assembly added a
line item to the next fiscal budget to provide tax breaks to any show that
met the following criteria:

* Filmed at least five seasons outside the state prior to its first
relocated season in New York
* Filmed before a studio audience of at least 200 people.
* Have an annual production budget of at least $30 million or incur at
least $10 million a year in capital expenses.

You can take a guess as to how many shows meet them all.
