If -- and this is a monumentally bad if -- they have hosts and/or guests who are held accountable by fact-checkers AND who are forced to actually engage in debate instead of simply spewing talking points, it might be something. The other big if would be if they adopt the "Newsnight 2.0" ideal that some issues have 2 sides while others have 7 and others only have 1 side.
