Off the top of my head, Morgan Spurlock comes to mind.  But he was logo'd up 
for his documentary about product placement, so it made sense.  As for 
athletes, I can't recall other NASCAR or Indy/F1 drivers wearing logos during 
talk show appearances, unless there was some driving involved, or their car was 
shown.  But that was usually a clip, which is a whole different thing.  Now, I 
have heard drivers mention sponsors during interviews, but at nowhere near the 
frequency you might hear during a racing broadcast. 

I am always a bit behind in TDS/TCR watching, so I can't comment on last 
night's program.  But Colbert does, infrequently, have special show sponsors.  
For instance, Doritos sort of sponsored one of his presidential campaigns.  
Perhaps his show doesn't mind so much?
