For those who don't remember, Mother Jersey has been mobility-impaired, and confined between a bed and wheelchair, since the summer of 2011. She also suffers from annoying, but not life-threatening, memory losses.
She frequently refers to brand-name, well-advertised OTC medicines by names that in no way resemble their actual trademarks, or by other names, once used by similar products dating back to the Golden Age of TV, that at best have over the years become fringe brands taken over by opportunist companies in otherwise-boring cities in, say, Arizona or Texas.
