Despite the whining from Millennials OUT OF THE DEMO that Nickelodeon isn't what it was back in the good old days of "Ren and Stimpy" and "Double Dare," it's still the top-rated cable channel based on all-day ratings, while USA's "Characters Wanted" is tops in prime time (however, their putatively unscripted "WWE Monday Night Raw" is their top-rated show, not any of those blue-sky procedurals)--a commenter points out that Disney Channel is left out of the numbers because technically it's commercial-free, although it's not a premium channel and the shows are interrupted for plugs for Unca Walt's various projects:
