The writing is obnoxious and neither the characters nor the plot have any redeeming value. I can only defend her taste in background music. I would feel less ashamed if my family walked in and saw me watching "Co-Ed Confidential" than "Scandal". And yet, God help me, I know I will watch it again this Fall.
