The Oinkster is a favorite "slow food" burger joint. There are now two locations, the newest in Hollywood, and I suppose in honor of their Hollywood locale, this year's Burger Week -- an annual event when they reimagine burgers from elsewhere -- is inspired by TV shows. Monday's was inspired by The Simpsons... the description of "The Klogger" says it all:
