Not sure what you're counting as "big MSOs," but it's on Time Warner Cable, 
Cox, Charter, Dish Network, FiOS, and AT&T U-verse; it's not on Comcast, 
Cablevision, or DirecTV, so by my count, it's carried by a majority.

They do have two scripted shows in the works for fall 2016: "Graves" and 
"Berlin Station."

And could you go into more detail about your assertion that a Les Moonves-led 
Viacom would shut down the channel -- with the infrastructure, programming 
contracts, and carriage agreements in place for Epix, why would they not keep 
it as a separate service from Showtime and, among other things, get extra 
subscriber fees?
