I found these charts from the NY Times

pretty
interesting.

They've looked at the Facebook likes of people and analysed them by
zip-code through the US, and then mapped 50 different shows by relative
popularity.

Basically Tom and Jerry, and America's Funniest Videos seem to be the only
things pretty much universally liked across the country.
