(link) includes, naturally, the criteria for such incentives, but they 
specifically exclude a "game show" and a "'reality' program", terms that 
might be applied to 'Idol'.  Still, even if it would qualify, they'd have 
to file a timely application to be able to obtain what are still limited 
funds, and given they're still early in the process, it's unclear when 
they'd be filing.
