Yes Channel Four in the UK has been running some very strange and non-specific trails for this, not mentioning the star, the title or what it's about (Claiming they signed a non-disclosure agreement).
I assume all the secrecy is because he's in character and they don't want to let the cat out of the bag until it's really necessary. Ironically, I just saw one of the trails in the Channel 4 News this evening, airing some time after the big reveal had been made. (Big Govt meltdown this side of the pond with resignations etc. Oh, and your President is due to visit on Thursday.
