The meteorologist on WLTX (CBS-Columbia) said that the threat of local flooding 
wouldn’t be from the storm itself; Florence looks to be headed toward 
Wilmington, based on the Cantore tracker.
 
Instead, it would be the North Carolina-based rain winding its way back through 
SC’s rivers and lakes – already saturated from a rainy summer.
