I'm with a different cableco, but I can stream many CBS shows through my
OnDemand service. It usually matches what I can stream through the CBS website
without having All Access.

First, good luck with the fires.
As far as what stations are available to you, I'll guess that it's part of the
carriage agreements we hear about every time station owners and cable companies
butt heads. So what you can actually see is probably something of a lottery.
(If you can't see Monday Night Football, you'll just be missing Dolphins at
Steelers.)
