One of the interesting reads for me in the last few days was that late last week, the CEO of the Republican Natioanl Convention was having serious, meaningful conversations with the government of North Carolina on how they could handle things for August when Trump made his declaration (via Twitter) that he wanted this unattainable guarantee that there would be no restrictions, which threw everything up in the air. As a fictional rendering of a real person once said, "The truth is, these are not very bright guys, and things got out of hand." Here's something that has nothing to do with Kathy Griffin and takes this thread way off topic but it relates to Joe's comment. Last week I was on a Zoom conference about the upcoming PA primary with the PA Secretary of State among others. She said that the state secretaries of state have their own association and are in constant discussions about how to hold elections in these circumstances. She said that all states, both Democratic led and Republican led, want an expansion of mail in voting in their states. At the state level the discussions are about how much it will cost and how to change the election department infrastructure, not whether it should happen. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TVorNotTV" group.
