The Writers Guild says that ITV America, the producers of ABC's version of
the hit UK quizzer (which is produced by and seen in the UK on ITV),
refuses to agree to the guild's Minimum Basic Agreement regarding health
care and residuals for the show's writers, similar to WGA contracts with
"Jeopardy!" and the U.S. "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire":

ITV says that the agreement will "economically cripple the show." It seems
to me that the copyright for the show is in the name of the Disney-ABC
subsid Greengrass Productions, so wouldn't ABC also be involved?
