I don't think anybody outright disqualified themselves (yet - Joe Buck is a real possibility to be the first). There were some I liked more than others but when trying to think how to rate them it came down to the number of weeks it would take for them to get into the rhythm of the show and be comfortable. My top choice would be Sanjay Gupta (almost certainly unavailable) who wouldn't need any extra time and at the opposite end were Bill Whitaker and Savannah Guthrie (also unavailable) who would need at least 4 weeks.
