Well, they finally got it half right, but even so seem to be doing it in a ham fisted way.
Watching this rather awkward week reinforces my sense that, apart from everything else, Richards was just a bad choice. Again, it’s not that he does any part of the job all that badly, but he’s just generally unlikable in a white bread, corporate key.
