Wrote a slew of episodes of the original "Hawaii Five-O," as well as the book for Tony-nominated 1960s Broadway musical *Baker Street* (Inga Swenson, whose obit appears in this group, played Irene Adler)... his TV credits extend well back through the Golden Age, and as late as 1989 with "Spenser" and its spinoff "A Man Called Hawk"...
