Mark Jeffries, Sept 7th, in part:

As Charter's Spectrum customers have been without ESPN and Disney's other
cable channels for the last week (and NY's WABC, LA's KABC and
Raleigh-Durham's WTVD) as the company refuses to go along with the usual
demands of jacking up the subscriber fees for unwatched channels, a class
action suit has been filed in Florida federal court claiming that Spectrum
customers are "being held hostage" by Charter as "pawns in a clear money
grab," calling on Charter to restore Disney channels or reimburse all
customers (Charter is offering a $15 rebate, but only if you call customer
service)
