Reuters, on a Yahoo page, peeped a WSJ piece with the proposal involving 
the nets Comcast operates: Boston, Philly, and the two in northern 
California... lots of details haven't been announced, but I'm thinking the 
streamer, unlike with its regional and national newscast channels, will 
make these extra-cost options...
