Pamela Hayden did the voice of Milhouse first in a 1989 Butterfinger commercial while "The Simpsons" were a series of bumpers on "The Tracey Ullman Show" and did many other minor characters in the series--she says she's retiring and because the show is still going (at least until their contract with Fox runs out), despite the calls of self-proclaimed fans who say the show hasn't been good in 25 years, she will be replaced (tribute video included in link):
