"What You Need to Know" (which has been the co-title of the midday "GMA3"
since the pandemic started in 2020) will drop every morning at 6 a.m. on
the streamer, a 6-8 minute summary anchored by James Longman and Rachel
Scott--it joins a daily capsule "SportsCenter" from ESPN, the ABC News Now
channel and other ABC News programs streaming on either Disney+ or Hulu:

The move of the "What You Need to Know" title would seem to indicate that
"GMA3" is returning to the lite-and-brite featurey approach the program had
before the pandemic. There are rumors that the hour may be moved to 9 a.m.,
making it the actual third hour of "GMA" and moving the
technically-syndicated but on a helluva lot of ABC affils "Live!" to 10
a.m. and with "The View" airing at 11 a.m. in all time zones.
