PGage, to M-D November, Dec 17th 2025: I’m not so sure. I think maybe Kushner pulled out to try to make the deal more acceptable to the WBD board. The current Paramount offer is not good enough to beat out Netflix, which, even though has a smaller sticker price is all cash on the barrel head. The Paramount offer is stock, swaps and smoke and mirrors, and is not guaranteed by the deep pockets of Larry Ellison, but instead by the murky purses of the Saudi sovereign wealth fund.
