I have no idea what became of the lawsuit I referenced last November, but 
the boat has been used in multiple event situations, and a "lobbyist" for 
the LLC is pushing the NYC mayor to let it be docked at South Street 
Seaport as a World Cup party venue, and *hizzoner* (a source tells the 
"Snooze") is interested:
