Short term plans:

  - Put QW-server into the client
  - Make QW/NQ perty
  - Fix bugs
  - Add global configs like QF uses
  - Write some docs (anyone know of a simple common DTD? DocBook is a
    complex monster)
  - Make native binary packages for Linux, Win32
  - Clean up the website a bit

Our longer term plans and the rest of our shorter term plans are probably
a little more technical than you want details on.. Our long term plans do
involve more technical details, but I think I can try to sum them up..

Generally, to do what we want we have to say goodbye to any attempt at
backward compatibility and declare what we're doing to be all new and
exciting, etc. To make this easier, we'll be taking our current source
and importing it into CVS under a different name. I'm sure it'll still be
maintained, but the maintenance will be more in line with fixing bugs than
adding massive new features.

That's why we're doing all the massive features now. =)

No, that's probably a good idea. We still haven't had our first release
and unfortunately we keep adding things to the list but we are getting
things off the list as fast as we're putting them on it so we are making
very good progress here.
