Log message:
  Big website update.  Links page has a link now but is far from done.  The
  overview has been rewritten totally.  IRC page is now online.  A page for
  downloading (non-)release files exists.  A page for CVS snapshots, and at
  least note on the releases page that we haven't had any yet.
