sorry, I didn't wrote. I downloaded the win32 binaries dated
09.18.2001 and I have win98se

tried, did not work. I also tried to put it to config.cfg
stil dark as hell :)
but I have same problem with official glquake. But with
directx version, and version by Keith Harrison it works ok.

ok it works now. I have about four other quake.exe
replacements, and it didn't couse anything like this to them
:)

tw-nq loads for about 5 seconds, but there is no any kind of
screen "loading" or sth, so for the first time, I thought it
hang up.
there is no icon for it
