Awww, half the point is having the filenames.  Nobody really cares if we
do or don't support Nehahra mode, the whole point is in making a statement
about how totally lame that support is, but that we've got it anyway.


I've not yet added software fogging to the code because it's basically a
big change.  I have an idea or two how to do it, but want to discuss it
with Forest a bit to ensure that when it's done, it is done the same way
as DarkPlaces in an attempt at least surprise for the players.  Either
way, it's a post-0.2.0 thing.
