Eh, I don't really care anymore. But it basically segfaulted somewhere in the 
WinCVS code and I didn't feel like debugging when I'm quite comfortable with the 
command line. Since cygwin is required to compile GtkRadiant on win32, I just 
used their build of CVS. Works well...
