No Comment since i'm not a 3dfx user, but i'm not terribly suprised at 
needing wicked's opengl32.dll.

Which Custom TF Server In General?  I'd like to Verify this Personally.. 
Since i know Certain Prozac/Custom Servers add guff to Twilight.

You'll prolly get Similar Results.

Prolly the best idea i can think of would be to do a few tests and find out 
WHERE it's crashing on it, and possibly why?

Do you have Microsoft Visual C++ ?
