Dear Friends, The Society has the following Linux/FreeBSD and OpenSource software CD/DVDs available for the benefit of the members of Society.
. OpenSuse 10.2 CDs (5 CD set) and DVD (1 DVD) . Slackware 10.2 (4 CD set) . Fedora Core 6 (5 CD set) . Ubuntu 7.x (1 CD set) . FreeBSD 6.2 (2 CD set) . OpenSolaris 10 (6 CD set) All CD copies are stamped on Moser Baer 52X blank CD's and are written at 16x speed. All the CD media is checked prior to handing over. HOW TO GET THE CD A simple barter model has been adopted. Let's say the distro you want, comes in 4-CD set. Apply the following formula : If you are a student, you have to give 4 blank CD. If you are "not" a student, you have to give 4x2 = 8 blank CD.
