Dear Friends, We had an awesome TSM talk delivered by Mr. A. P. Rajshekhar on Sat He spoke on Virtual Reality, OpenGL and SDL as the building blocks for 3D programming.
The comparison on DirectX and XWindow drawing capabilities highlighted the effort required. There was a lot interactive discussion on 3D Graphics, Compiz, Beryl and GPUs Those of us interested in Gaming per se, would be happy to know that one of the Society member - Mr. Koteswara Rao is actively exploring the gaming space on Linux.
