This is a custom compiled Gentoo Linux 2.6.22 kernel sans netfilter/iptables. So, there is no iptables running ! The server has a 'single' 10/100 ethernet interface with a static ip and route specified. There are three main services running on the box - NFS v4 - SSH - syslog-ng thanks Saifi.
