To ensure security and safety of such a large number of attendees, a help desk at entrance of building will conduct - identity checks, security checks from - 4pm onwards. Identity Check Please carry Photo Identify proof with you. For example, license, college Id card, company Id card or passport are valid documents. Security Check There will be security check for all the items carried inside the venue. Note . Ladies wearing any kind of head to toe covering, will be frisked by a lady. . Match boxes, perfume or spray bottles, inflammable material, knife, liquids etc. are not allowed inside the venue. . Back packs will not be allowed inside the hall. You will have to deposit the same with the security guards . Speaker laptops will be checked and endorsed. Please cooperate with the identity check security check team .
