I was fortunate enough to attend Satish's session on JINI on Jan 5th. It was very well planned, and ably presented. My work experience is out and out M$ technologies. It was interesting to learn the happenings in the Java world. It also gave a good foundation for SOA which seems to be the buzz word these days. As a bonus, we also got to see compiz's eye candy on his Ubuntu laptop! Though only couple of us could made it on that day.
