To install RMagick, we need to have the dependent files installed.
The imageMagick or graphicMagick is must and there are multiple versions
available and need to see the compatibility of each.
Actually for windows we have an executable file, which would install all the
dependents  and  then we need to install the rmagick gem.

Not sure about the Linux environment!
