Hi Satish, I think in developer community and Super user community and hobbyists open source awareness is good and usage of open source products is good
But coming to Naive users or ordinary users it has not picked up.To make open source products popular for mass consumption the marketing aspect of products should brought under one umbrella. i think we need some corporate support for this. i dont how far this possible. It is good that some hardware manfactures are shipping open source Operating systems with their products.
