i suppose what u are looking at is just the kernel source tree , which
is generally installed when u install the kernel-devel packages, ....
the best thing to do is get the latest kernel source from
http://www.kernel.org and extract it somewhere and then u can go
through the source code ,... or try installing the source rpms
provided with the distro , hey and the nest way to get started is to
compile and install the latest kernel sources and start working with
that !!!
